Returns
Customers' satisfaction is our goal. Within 7 days of your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will either replace it or refund your money, providing the returned items are in their original condition and packaging.
If you wish to return goods to us, in order to help us to improve our service, please email us with your issue. Once a return has been authorized, please enclose a letter including the following information:
1. contact details;
2. order number;
3. reason for return;
4. return for a replacement or full refund;
5. return address.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your goods to be returned to us.
