We buy directly from the source and multiple tons at a time, so our
costs are the lowest that exist and we offer true wholesale. We strive
to be as competitive as possible on prices and also offer extra service.
We order samples of kratom and send directly to the lab for testing. Once
approved for quality and potency, we place our order. The kratom samples then
get sent to the lab again once the order arrives. We have had to sell
batches in the past at ultra low prices if they do not meet our strict quality
standards or return the product. This assures you a high minimum quality
level.
When we order our kratom, it is always ordered in crushed
leaf form to retain the maximum alkaloid content possible and we do our
own fine powder grinding (think coffee beans ground just before coffee
being brewed). Once ground, we immediately vacuum seal the kratom and
keep it in our cool, dry storage room. Stock is rotated quick, the
product stays fresh and thus does not get stale this way. There is
nothing worse then processing and prepping a lot of customer orders and
find out the quality is sub-par AFTER you send them the product. We do
our best to take care of that so you don't have to.
